The Occidental Restaurant Custom Drapery, Curtain Track and Installation
Custom curtains provide the perfect setting at the exclusive Occidental Restaurant in Washington D.C.
The Occidental is the ultimate inside the Washington D.C. Beltway restaurant for power brokers, diplomats, and politicians, owned and operated by Starr Restaurant Group. Based on our prior work with Starr, we were asked to produce aspects of the new restaurant’s interior design for its introduction in 2025. We were advised that drapery would play a major role in defining the venue’s upscale ambiance.
While Starr provided the custom fabric, Rose Brand manufactured and installed:
- 65 curtains
- 26 ceiling mounted ADC tracks
- 10 custom brass rods for cafe curtains
We accomplished the task through coordination of numerous departments within our organization including, Custom Technical Products, Custom Sewing, Project Management, Sales, and Installations. Special thanks to Chris Poyourow for project leadership and photography.
