Auditorio Nacional Mexico

Rose Brand was asked to replace the existing stage curtains and fabric treatments at Auditorio Nacional Mexico with IFR materials. Visiting the site to develop specifications, our team provided extensive support throughout the project.

Having provided curtains to the Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City in the past, Rose Brand was again asked to replace the existing stage curtains and fabric treatments with IFR materials in 2007. Our sales team worked closely with long time Rose Brand friend, Production Manager Marc Giancola at the Auditorio. Visiting the site to develop specifications, our team provided extensive support throughout the project.
Genuinely grand in scale, the Plum Charisma IFR Velour Main Curtain measures 46' high x 87' wide. The proscenium is wrapped in Plum IFR 25 oz. Charisma and the masking curtains are all constructed in Black IFR 20 oz. Crescent Velour.

The current Auditorio Nacional, completed in 1991, features a seating capacity of nearly 10,000 and is equipped with state of the art technical systems. It has been the premier performance and exposition venue in Mexico City since its inception in 1952. Numerous international artists ranging from Igor Stravinsky, and Louis Armstrong to Elton John and Luis Miguel have performed in this venue.
